We recommend a minimum of 50 guests or a starting spend of £625 to ensure a seamless and cost-effective experience.

Do you cater for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences?

Yes, we offer a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, making us unique in the market.

How long does the service last?

Our standard service lasts 3 hours, including 30 minutes for setup and clearing. Extra hours are available at £75 per hour.

Do you cater to private garden parties?

Absolutely! Our setup is perfect for private garden parties, provided there is a sheltered area or space for a gazebo.

Can the menu be customised?

Yes, you can add extra items from our full catering menu to personalise your dosa experience.

What are the customer’s responsibilities for the setup?

The client is responsible for arranging tables, power outlets, and a sheltered area. We can help provide these at an additional cost if needed. It's also the customer’s responsibility to provide bins for guests and clear them. We will provide assistance as needed.

Do you provide Halal options?

Yes, we do. Please indicate that while booking.

Do you provide plates and cutlery?

Yes, we supply eco-friendly disposable cutlery and crockery for all events.

Do you clean up after the event?

Yes, we clean up our cooking area. Guests’ waste should be managed by the client, with our assistance if requested. For a complete hands-free service, additional waiters can be hired at £125 each, ensuring every aspect of cleanup and guest care is handled professionally

Do you provide drinking water or water glasses?

Please be aware that we do not provide drinking water or water glasses for the event. Clients are encouraged to make arrangements for these in advance

What happens to leftover food?

We are happy to hand over any leftover food to the client, provided suitable containers are supplied by the client. Please discuss this in advance to ensure proper arrangements.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due on the day after the event.

For cancellations:

  • 7 days prior: £50 retained as admin charge.
  • 3 days prior: 50% retained.
  • 1 day prior: 100% retained.

Do you provide allergen information?

Yes, we provide a detailed allergen list for all menu items chosen for your event. Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements or allergies when placing your order so we can ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all your guests.

Disclaimer: While we take utmost care in preparing food and providing allergen information, please note that our kitchen handles allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. As a result, cross-contamination may occur, even if specific allergens are not part of the dish. If you have severe allergies, please inform us in advance so we can take additional precautions where possible.

Terms and Conditions

Equipment and Setup:

We will provide all necessary equipment for the live dosa counter, including a gas flat griddle, gas, cooking and serving utensils.

Customer Requirements:

The customer is responsible for providing 2-3 serving tables, one power outlet, and a sheltered area for setting up the dosa counter, if not available you can ask us to provide those items.

Serving Items:

We will supply Eco Friendly Disposable Cutleries, Crockeries and Napkins for the event unless otherwise specified. 

Please note: Each guest is allowed one plate only. Charges are based on the number of plates used.

Please be aware that we do not provide drinking water or water glasses for the event.

Booking Confirmation: 

  • A 50% deposit of the total amount is required immediately upon booking to secure your reservation.

Payment Schedule

  • 50% deposit: Due immediately upon booking.
  • Final payment: Due on the day after delivery, including any additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days prior: £50 retained as admin fee.
  • Within 3 days: 50% of total payment retained.
  • Within 1 day: 100% of total payment retained.
